The axceed.my website provides information about the Axceed BOS platform, including its methodology, pricing, and how to request a benchmark or contact us. You may use the website for lawful purposes only and must not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to any part of it.

Where you or your organisation subscribe to the Axceed BOS platform, your use of the platform itself is governed by a separate subscription agreement entered into at the time of onboarding, which will set out service levels, fees, data handling, and platform-specific terms in more detail. These website Terms apply to your use of axceed.my generally and do not replace that subscription agreement.

When you submit the Benchmark or Contact form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to provide it on behalf of your organisation, where applicable. See our Privacy Policy for how this information is used.

Pricing displayed on the website is indicative and subject to change. Corporate-tier pricing is quoted individually and is not published. Any pricing discussed via the Contact or Benchmark forms does not constitute a binding offer until confirmed in a separate written agreement.

The Axceed BOS name, logo, scoring methodology, six-layer framework, and related content are the intellectual property of Axceed Consulting Sdn. Bhd. (with underlying development rights held under an IP Development Agreement with Axceed IT Solutions). You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

The Axceed BOS scoring methodology is calibrated against published international and Malaysian standards (including COBIT 2019, NIST CSF 2.0, ISO 27001:2022, ITIL 4, NACSA CSA 2024, and BNM RMiT) but is not itself a certification issued by, or affiliated with, any of those standards bodies or regulators. A Business Operating Score is an independent assessment by Axceed and should be used as one input among others in your organisation's governance, risk, and compliance decisions.

The website and the information on it are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axceed Consulting Sdn. Bhd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
