Axceed Consulting Sdn. Bhd. (BRN 202601019295) is a company incorporated in Malaysia, with its registered presence in Kuala Lumpur. We operate the Axceed BOS platform and the axceed.my website. For any privacy-related queries, contact us at hello@axceed.my.

We collect personal data in the following ways:

• Information you provide directly — when you submit the Benchmark or Contact form, we collect your name, work email, company name, phone number (optional), job context, and any message you write.
• Information from using the Axceed BOS platform — if you become a client, we collect account information, organisational data, and the evidence signals you or your integrations submit for scoring purposes. This is governed separately under your platform subscription agreement.
• Automatically collected information — standard web analytics such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, collected via our hosting provider.

• To respond to benchmark requests and contact enquiries
• To provide, maintain, and improve the Axceed BOS platform for subscribed clients
• To send service-related communications (not marketing, unless you opt in separately)
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations applicable to a Malaysian company
• To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or unauthorised activity

We process personal data on the basis of: your consent (e.g. submitting a form), the necessity to perform a contract (e.g. providing the platform to a subscribed client), and our legitimate business interests (e.g. responding to enquiries), consistent with the Personal Data Protection Act 2024.

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with:

• Service providers who help us operate the website and platform (e.g. hosting, email delivery), bound by confidentiality obligations
• Regulators or authorities where required by Malaysian law
• Professional advisors (legal, accounting) on a need-to-know basis

Any future vendor marketplace integrations on the Axceed BOS platform would be opt-in and clearly disclosed at the point of activation.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by Malaysian law. Benchmark and contact form submissions that do not convert to a client relationship are retained for a limited period for follow-up purposes, after which they are deleted.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2024, you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate personal data
• Withdraw consent to processing, where consent is the basis
• Request that we limit or stop processing your data, subject to legal exceptions

The website may use minimal, essential analytics to understand site usage. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
