Understanding gets checked with a quiz, capped at a limited number of attempts — not a formality everyone passes by guessing.
4Step 4
A permanent certificate issues
On completion, an immutable certificate (ACS-YYYY-NNNNN) is issued — auditable proof, not a self-reported checkbox in a spreadsheet.
5Step 5
Completion becomes a signal
Training completion rates feed into Cosmos as an ESG-Social signal — your Resiliency Score reflects real workforce readiness.
